Crank pulleys

I'm looking for a 1 slot vbelt crank pulley that will bolt to the 4 hold balancer for the alternator and also v belt pulleys and spacers that will fit on a 1" drive mandrel from Ron's.

I have an aerospace mandrel that has what I need but won't work with the crank bolt in place. ( I even made a 1/4" spacer for the balancer and recessed the mandrel some more.

Can anyone help with a solution?

I think I figured out what I'm gonna do. I showed it to the machinist at work, and he's gonna drill the center hole out for the std. 5/8 bolt. Now I'll just have to come up with the correct length 5/8" fine thread bolt.

I've cut them to length before.

Alan,measure the length. I probably have a xtra one .

Thanks Rick, the machinist should have the aerospace mandrel modified today, so I'll be able to measure the bolt length I'll need tonight.
