Timing chain install  Empty Timing chain install

Changing out my timing chain it's a street Application if I buy the ford m-6268-B429 can I keep the original cam thrust plate and do I have to do any modification to the block or grind on the timing chain cover and is this a Choice for a street Application motor is 429scj .030 over crane cam F-246/3294-2-8 with gold roller rockers exh ports polished just plain jane SCJ thanks for the help

No mod's required to the ft. cover or block with the B429 chain set.

Thanks that's what I want I was look at install instructions for Milodon web site and they are not very good they
Include small block big block under one instruction sheet and don't say witch one you have to drill the block use newspaper grind the timing cover all kinds of stuff I don't want to have to do. And with the B429 just install degree the cam and I'm done all for an extra 25.00 for the ford one again thanks for the reply save me a lot of headaches
