Best Cam options
Is there such thing as to big of a cam lift/duration? Looking for ideas on getting a custom cam done, was told if I run a .870 lift cam then I could get the valve lift I was aiming for. Just trying to find out where the best place to get a custom cam would be.

Get with one of the engine builders on here and have all your vehicle info, head flow, gear, trans , converter, compression, anything you can think of to give to them, and they will get you a custom cam that will work with your program.

OF COURSE ... the biggest mistake made by people is getting a camshaft which is to big.

Well one of the engine builders on here told me that if I was to get .870 cam then I would get the valve lift I was looking for out of the TFS A460 head. Looking for good flow numbers out of the head when I order them and it claims the valve springs are good up to .800

The TFS A-Head springs say they are good to .850 lift on Summit
