Comp Xtreme Energy Hyd Cam Choice

Comp cam hyd, flat tappet, Pic of cam card!!! Comp 262H-11 218/226 at .50, 514/524/, 111 degree LS. I have a Comp extreme 4x4 270 cam I purchased from a member here, or at 460 Ford.com, and was thinking of going with this cam instead? D1 short block, D2 open heads, SCJ intake, 429Cid Headers 21/2" duals 2,800 stall 1978 F150 3.50 gears with 150 shot N20. The 270 cam is on a 111 LS with 226/234 .550/.575 lift ballpark. Any recomendations welcome. Are thes cams noisy as reported by others?
