Not bad from what I have seen. Mostly nitrous guys. But there is so much under the valve covers and in the combustion chamber who knows exactly what has been done.

The flow numbers look real good, but they sure are pricey. They are claimed to be an A head, did not want to throw them into the other heated SCJ-P51 firestorm. I just never have seen them mentioned around here before. Their C-head looks about the same on their webpage, as for as flow numbers also. Anyway 522cfm don't seem to shabby, if it is true.

I know next to nothing about cylinder head flow, so maybe someone can tell me why such a small exhaust valve compared to the intake? 344cfm seems pretty good for that size of valve.

344cfm flow is good on any size valve. Kidding aside 1.83" is not real big. I did not see any lift number's, so I assume it is at .800" lift? Maybe it's the port shape? Good question though.

Here's what I DO know about A Heads in some of the FAST Radial tire cars........this says nothing about the product that you originally posted about. They look like a great piece.

ALOT of them are not A heads anymore, at least an A Head in it's complete OEM architecture. They are essentially C/Thor heads in disguise. I'll leave it at that....

I have a feeling you are right YellowHorse. Something definetly sounds off about the ones I posted.

What did they quote you on complete heads? I did not feel like plugging in all the options in their quote form, but it looks like 7-10k would ring up pretty quickly? Also they are on 4.5" bores so you need a aftermarket block. Their C-heads are 4.3' bore, not sure if you can use a stock block with them, not that you would want to at this level anyway? Whats up with the body building chick avatar? She looks good, but its cold now, need a tad fat not to freeze. Suspect

C460 would never fit a 4.300 bore , 4.500 is tight on a 2.400 intake valve ,Ford recommended 4.550 min bore

I was going off of their website. If you go to the link, at the right side and click on the C-Head it is on the spec. sheet. It could be a misprint, but it is there.
