Cool vests for drag racing Empty Cool vests for drag racing

Looking into a vest to help stay cool. It seems that there are choices with coolant lines for maximum cooling. Then there is a vest with gel packs and a vest that is dunked in ice water. What are your experiences? The heat is too much for my 56 year old body.

I have the one with the crystals that you soak in cold water...

Helps on those really hot days.

Just build a faster car. That way you don't have to sit in it as long.

Well I guess the old guy is going to get the RPCM vest for $180. Thanks for the recommendation. Is there a better cost to buy it elsewhere?
Some of us old guys dont want to go faster than 150 mph.

I only use the front packs in mine. The back ones dont work for my car seat but it still does the job for me.
