295/303 adv 260/268@.050 640/634 lift on a 112ls. About what would these specs require, gear wise weight of car and stall converter wise 12.5 cr with a dove head and victor intake?
Thanks for any info.

How big of engine?
You're kinda doing it backwards, you want to cam to the car...... Not car to the cam.

Get with Randy he can design you a cam that will work better than the off the shelf he design the one in my 460 and it and the lifters was only like $30 more than the off the shelf and it will be built to the engine and car. But he will need all the engine info and car info 1st I have no complaints with mine.
Oh and listen to him he know more about these engine than most of us on here

Given those specs, that "off the shelf" cam you mention would probably be OK.
You have a PM.
