Ive use BTE stuff with good results, a straight cut planet is a must, i like the ringless 300m input shaft and pump BTE has also. Stock drum is good with 8 red frictions, std width kevlar band, dual ring servo w the lighter spring, hardned adj pin, deep cast pan, good pro brake vb etc.

Pretty much it.

Mine is all BTE with the exception of a Trans Spec NASA input shaft. Just used a whole kit from BTE with band, clutches etc.
Same stuff as richter69 on the other stuff. Also added an aftermarket, multipostion gear selector shaft.

BTE now has a new transbrake valve body that's cast iron like an oem, but it's an all new casting that's T-brake only. Eliminates all the passages and oem stuff that's not needed.

BTE would be a good source. I just happen to know a dealer for pretty much every transmission parts company out there. Cool
