Surgery went well

They had to put a stainless steel anchor into the bone to re attach my tendon. The Dr also did carpal tunnel surgery.
I had a nerve block instead of being put under. They told me it would take up to 2 days for it to wear off and would be like flipping off a light switch. Guess they were right, at 3am my arm went from totally numb to instant pain. I was hoping it would last the 2 days
Meds are helping a little but still hurts like hell!!!!
