What size converter is suggested for a glide - BBF? I have a 1.76 glide with turbo shaft. 572 BBF/1000 hp. Ive been running a 8" 5500 stall for a 499 ford that ran 5.40s in a chassis car about 800 hp.

FTI # SSW-93B would work like a charm. I had one behind my 598. Little more power than yours and it was just a touch loose. Yours would be dead on. I now run a SSW-93BC. The C added on the end is a different fin angle and it's about 350 rpm tighter. Loose is good in an all motor lightweight car like yours.

It's a 9"

Have you given Lenny a call @ UCC ... he could probably help and guide you in the right direction
