had a great time , car did well, I was not bad on the tree (.046 lights in E-1 &2 ) need to get better but considering I have NEVER run on a pro tree I was happy with the results.

Some nice passes there. I guess in the last vid that guy wanted everyone to know his choice lol.

Jon you thinking 95N ??? 12 spread or more toward the 102n???
Re: Texas Pro 5.00 5/23/14 video's
Go w the smaller tune, your getting into territory where the nos wont yield a lot of gain w the alky imo.....

I am going to put the 95n & 82F in and bring it all in at the hit. need to get the 60' to 1.11 to make the 0's
had a bracket car Friday....lol
Re: Texas Pro 5.00 5/23/14 video's
If you decide to do some testing before the next event it might be an idea to leave the engine/nitrous tune where it was Friday, and instead play with wheelie bar height, air pressure, & shock valving to see what might happen.

Dave are you seeing something on the launch that may need some adjustment?
Re: Texas Pro 5.00 5/23/14 video's
It's always possible that there might be some more ET to be found playing with the chassis settings since it is a new car/combo. And tweaking a few things just to see how big of an adjustment window the car has to work with is always good info to know.

was looking at the videos with Mike Brink @ Brink Racecraft, thinking about lowering the wheelie bars.
maybe its just me but I think it might be coming up too much instead of going out.
don't have travel limiters on the front so its coming up a bit more than it looks like it is.
Re: Texas Pro 5.00 5/23/14 video's
No reason for a chassis car to carry the front wheels more than an inch or so......

Jon it does the 1-2" carry straight motor... lol
4-Link setup (Terry's Move) is where its at.

If it's front shocks are single/double adjustable, you can tighten the extension valving. It's not the exact same effect as adjusting a limiter shorter (shorter travel distance), but it can have a kinda similar effect (slower travel speed).
