There is vintage drags this Friday at Columbus. I was unaware that Goodguys had drag racing but apparently they do. With my current outlook it looks like may be attending too.

Hot Rod I ’54 & Earlier – 7.50-11.99 $400 win/$150 R/U
Hot Rod II ’54 & Earlier – 12.00 & Up $300 win/$100 R/U
Street Machine I ’55-’72 7.50-11.99 $400 win/$150 R/U
Street Machine II ’55-’72 12.00 & Up $300 win/$100 R/U
Comp (NOS & Electronics OK) 7.50 & Up $600 win/$300 R/U Event Hours:

No cracked windshields
No short pants on drivers
No tank tops on drivers

Columbus Goodguy;s have Friday nite drags each year at their events. I was there 2 years ago and it was fun. I have to work Fri. nite Jason or I would join you. Have fun.  

I sure hope it works out. Even if I make it to the regular event that would be fine with me. We are having problems here so we just pushed back another day. Bad for them but good for me.

The tracks about an hour+ away from the house but I gotta work much of this weekend.

Hope to take in a car show or 2 though.

I'm exhausted. I left here at 6, got to the Expo Center around 8:30. Walked my feet off till about 3:30 then headed to the track where to continued to bake for a few more hours. There was a few cool Fords at the track but I left early. I had enough sun for the day. There were a ton of Fords at the Expo Center though. I'll try and post a few pics in the next day or so.

Love that show hate that I had to miss it this year.
