I am surprised he stuck with it this long.. Good guy. Straight shooter. Wish him nothing but the best whatever he chooses going forward.

There was some talk of him running one or two CJ Mustangs. I hope he does.... a class guy.

I'm kind of surprised that Ford still participates in NASCAR. The networks do a good job of selling TV rights, but based on the 10's of thousands of empty seats, the book of stock car fans has been dwindled down to a small pocket sized paperback. Ford has proposed giving more to the sportsman classes. Lets see if they follow through.

Based on his last several interviews, we all knew this was coming.

I agree w/Larry. But,i can't see ProMod being any different. They are hard on engines also and they all have deep pockets too. I also would like too see him get into the factory cars.

He would be a great pro mod guy.

A class guy, I just hope he will still carry the FORD banner which ever path he chooses to follow.

Jim Yates was also a huge Ford fan that could never get any help. Obviously, he ran another brand that had funding and research.

I heard Ford isn't going to sponsor Force next year. Any truth to that?

Yep they are pulling his sponsorship at the end of this year. I will miss him running a Ford. At least they had headlines when they sponsored him. Rarely hear about the CJ mustangs on TV. I do agree that NASCAR is not what it used to be.
