6yrs later....
After 6 long yrs in the shop my ford finally drove out under its own power. We put the hood on and celebrated by washing the yrs of shop dust off it.
My buddies asked "what are you gonna do now?"
This is what happened next...

Its no farmtruck but I dont think it screams 950 hp either.
It felt soo good to drive it last night. especially when I pulled up to the gas pump and filled it up with 91 octane.

Ok...sorry bout the video. Not sure why It uploaded that way. The link is fixed now.
I have the powerglide setup that was in Bruno's car. I freshend it and put all the internals in a new Reid case. The convertor is a 9" and looks to go about 4200 on my 557. Gonna test it before I decide weather or not to loosen it up.

Looks and sounds awesome, stand back and be proud of all your hard work. I can identify with what you are going through as I was in your shoes about 2 years ago with finally getting my ride on the road after almost 20 years sitting due to "life happening", you will find it never gets old hearing kudos from other drivers. I bet you will receive many "thumbs up" signs as you cruise in that beautiful truck. Congratulations! Todd
