motor plate
I am assembling a 545 stock block motor that I am using with an engine plate. I have a plate made for a danny bee c & c block. Should I cut a new plate or can I use the danny bee plate?
Also I need the transmission to engine dowl pins I would prefer longer ones. any one know where I can get them and a part number?

Re: motor plate
Larry,
Cut a new plate. A plate made for a Danny Bee and Your C&C block would have to be modified for the stock timing cover. For example, just one modification is cutting a hole for the stock cover's fuel pump boss.
Get the long bellhousing dowels from Lem.
Hope this helps,
Charlie
