C6 front pump
Motor is out of car, can I pull the front pump to replace the front seal and bushing without anything coming loose inside?

pull the trany out ,stand it on end on the tailshaft against your work bench , pull the pan and the vb, remove the pump bolt and with a prybar between the direct drum and pump pop the pump out , simple!!

Re: C6 front pump
I was hoping to avoid having to pull the trans out of the car. My work space is very limited.
I guess it might be better in the long run because it's super easy to stab the engine/trans/headers as a unit.
