I am not running this much engine either (less inches w/ juice), but there are a few things I like to incorporate into the fuel system...Yes, IMO you are in the right direction. Even with 1-carb I prefer to have a bypass after the the carbs, which is the return line. In the example of a regulator before the carb feed lines, w/o a bypass the fuel pressure could reach levels the carb can't handle unloading the needle/seats. With the bypass behind the carb feeds regardless of the regulated pressure going to the carbs, the bypass is also regulated, fuel dead heads against the regulator until it reaches the preset level at which point it opens and sends the extra fuel back to the cell, thus you can set the bypass to open at a level (EG 6.5psi) that will feed the carb without a regulator in front(if it can handle the extra volume), although I do run a regulator in front of course . Some like fuel logs for this, and additionally too small of a vent can be a restriction -8 min. also basic but deserving of mention is solid tubing flows better than braided hose.

Re: fuel system ????
A MagnaFuel/ProStar 500 pump is big enough to feed two dommies + 2 to 3 nitrous stages. Plus save some money on all the extra fuel line & mount the tank in the front.

Re: fuel system ????
Yes, -6 AN should be big enough. Stepping down from the -10 plus the slight regulator restriction, and the smaller -6 line should keep a constant solid flow of fuel from the regulator to the carbs (if it is not enough for the application performance will notably suffer). Disregard my bypass comments above when using an external bypass like on the Magnafuel/BG400 as the external goes directly back to the cell.
