Intake gasket install tips? Empty Intake gasket install tips?

Using a Victor Reinz Nitro seal on the big block alum head motor. RTV on just the ports around the water inlets and all else dry? Any more tips?

I just use a thin layer of RTV around the water ports let it dry to the touch but not completely dry then install the intake manifold
