Stock or h-beam rod ?
wondering if the stock crank will have a problem with scat or eagle h-beam rods? I will be using the probe flattops weight 808 grams w/pin. Stock pistons around 990 grams w/pin. Stock rod wieghs around 770 grams, An h-beam wieghs around 835-840 grams so . I will still be lighter than a factory set up. alot lighter with a factory rod and the probe piston.I don't see aproblem spinning the h-beams to 7,000 on a stock crank,or am I mistaken?

rods
It's no prob. at all. H beams are excellent to use with a factory crank. I have used Eagles before with a stock 2y 460 crank. The stock rods are the real weak point. The h beams will be a big improvement to your bottom end. The forged pistons are a good choice also.
