I made some small changes on the Mustang to make my life easier, plus I have to work on something to keep from getting bored Very Happy . I got this idea from 557Hatch (Alfred Castro). I needed to change out the plugs and it's a real pain in the ass to get to #3 and #4 with the engine on the stock center-line. I cut a window in the r/h strut tower, now changing plugs is a piece of cake. Thanks Alfred cheers . Next, my Auto Rod electrical system is setup to add a 4 switch panel on the firewall (plug & play). Now I don't have to climb in the car to start it up Cool . After all the testing Mike and I have been doing and studying the videos frame by frame I will be making some significant changes over the Christmas Holiday's on the rear suspension. I feel this will get the car way deeper into the 5's.

Looks good Doug!!

I also mounted a small set of gauges under the hood too. I saw it on a S/S car at the track and while your tuning etc you can keep an eye on temp and oil pressure.

I remember back in shop class in school a guy brought his mavrick in for us to put plugs in it had the 302 in it and that's what the shop teacher had us to do that but we used a hole saw for each plug made changing plugs alot easier and quicker. looks great Doug

Doug, Your the Best Bud!

Would like to run this past you. Do you think that open area might need a access cover. The reason I mention this is the pressure area of the wheel well and the air that come tru the Rad opening.. Just throwing this out for your consideration?

Your car rocks for sure!

I actually used it with the c4.........otherwise it made a mess. Just left it on with the glide. If it does decide to puke up some fluid the can will catch it and it just drains back in the unit. Seems i read somewhere in the rulebook about the use of one, dont remember.....just makes good sense IMO.

Since Alfred Castro has no cooling problems and I have a larger than normal Mustang radiator with two big pusher fans in front, I don't see it as a problem.

I almost put a puke tank on mine but I wanted to try the filter first. Works like a Champ.
