I'm not sure about the XL thing either. I'm not a nut and bolt original kind of guy. Just thought it was cool and priced right so I bought it. It dose have the right heads in take carb's and cross bolt block. It's good and solid. As far as I can tell rust free. It should make a nice cruiser. Something you do see every day.

I don't think they made any 406's with AC.........Oh and very cool for sure.

AC appears to be a dealer add on under dash unit.

Real 406's are rare. Cross bolt one's even back in the day were super rare. What a find.
