30 over, L2404 pistons, stock truck rods and crank with all ARP bolts through-out engine.  FMS A429 heads with slight port work, Harland BBF rockers, FMS C460 hydro flat tappet cam (.588-.614/244-254).  Mad dog 2-1/8 fenderwell headers to 4" bullets and about 3' of 4" pipe.   Engine in 95' 1 ton regular cab.  42" rubber, locked with 5.13's.  This engine is a stepping stone to a new build in the works and is being tossed together from parts laying on the shelf.  Some parts are new, some are old but all are in serviceable condition. I have the untouched Victor and a new 870 vacuum secondary carb to use if they are not totally wrong for the set-up.  Will this thing swing those Swampers or does it sound like a total abortion.

Is do a smaller cam and use a performer RPM

Headers are a little large for the combo, but if your going big later it's a compromise.

Damn, I kinda was thinking the same thing:( , just wanted the brain trust to tell me. Next is a 4.5" deal so the headers we picked up for that in mind. Ill start shopping for a different intake, had the Vicky on the shelf so I figured I might try it but figured with the small cubes it would kill what bottom it might have. I think I stick with the cam as its already in and everything assembled around it minus the intake. If it sucks that bad ill only have to live with it for a year;) .

YES ... I was going to the same place. That build is real similar to the former Ford Racing crate engine which was tested with a big 4150 model carb.

For this engine your headers are a bit to big.
