4.60 stuff will go about 4.15

Thanks I knew the 460 was4.14 or 4.15 but did not know about the 429. Thank again.

3.89" on paper, about 3.885" under real-world optimum conditions, more if you're willing to go undersize (0.010" under, 0.020" under, etc).
