Oil cooler adapters and coolers

Who here is running an oil cooler adapter and remote cooler. What is your set up? I started restoring a 1978 F150 about 4 years ago. I started with a mild 460 but have ended up w/ a 521 stroker, w/ SJC heads,  hyd roller cam, Steath intake and 950 QF carb and all MSD ign. I need opinions on oil coolers and single or dual remote oil filters. This will be a week end driver truck. The only competition it will see is dragging a few diesel boys down main street.
