Short block differences

Hey guys. I have a '95 F350. I was wondering what the differences were between the short blocks in a '90 EFI 460 and a '95? Need a new motor in the work Truck and found a used motor w/68K miles. I have a fresh set of heads sitting on the shelf out of my 95 and was wondering if I could throw them on the '90 motor and put that back in my '95? I'm hoping they only changed the heads.
