Carb spacer I.D. Help Empty Carb spacer I.D. Help

I would appreciate input on identifying this carb spacer. I think it's a SuperSucker but I can't find any numbers on it and can't find a listing for any with this offset. The spacer is for a 4500 and is 3/4 with a 1/4 drop down. What applications are these used for? I got this in a box lot of items I bought. Any help would be appreciated.

Probably made that way to accept a 1/4" nylon or phenolic spacer to reduce heat to the carb. Not sure who makes it but looks similar to my Jomar Powercone except it's aluminum...

I have seen quite a few homemade ones floating around, maybe it's one of those?

Looks like a WILSON to me but, without the isolator.
