D1 429 with D0VE heads
Great engine I pulled out of my Galaxie. I replaced it with a period correct FE. It isn't a huge massive power stroker, but It'd make a great daily driver that would last forever, and pulls great from idle to 5,000rpms.
Ebay price is $750 overpriced because ebay/paypal are thieves.
I am also willing to trade for some stuff. Mostly FE parts, 428 blocks, 3x2 intakes, etc.

Re: D1 429 with D0VE heads
Thanks Doug.
I've pretty much decided it isn't worth selling for any less. I'll probably rework it and stuff it in my 76 F100 as the 390 there is getting tired. I'll rebuild my 390 in my shop and put it in my son's truck.
Now I'm considering if I want to revamp the 429... maybe a longer arm and some heads, or if I just feel like leaving it as is. It's such a good build I dunno if I want to screw it up, but the tinkerer in me always wants to screw it up

If it doesn't sell for your price it wouldn't hurt you to keep it .Your 429 probably has good cylinders so you are half way there for a new build. And you probably have enough c6 parts to build another another project awaits! Good luck either way .Yo Ga. buddy Doug
