"Dream Modification"

Ok,

What are your favorite dream modifications are.  I'll Start.

1. Boss 429 or SOCC 427.  These are probably not attainable due to the high cost, and availability.

2. I have always wanted to convert my 521 to a Ron's terminator Alcohol set up.

So let's here those off the wall, day dream set up you have always wanted.

Mines getting closer. Got a screaming deal on a F-250, EFI 460, OD auto. Planning on replacing the existing 460 carb engine C-6 trans in the '57. Chevy.
THEN, I can put the FI crossed badges on the fenders, and make more friends ! woohoo .!.

I would love to have a 49 merc with the suicide doors sporting a 598 boss nine with a polished bds blower on top, riding  around on air ride suspension , layed back on all custom leather an wood grain.

32-34 coupe with a Blown Boss 302 and a 5 speed

I'd build a big inch stroker and a full boogie 'glide in a lightened '70 Torino Cobra...then stuff it in a time machine and go back to 1970 to race all the street squirrels I knew back then. They only THOUGHT my old Fairlane was bad.

I would love to have a 2x4 427 stroker with high riser heads in my 67 comet 460 drag car .And yes it is a dream I would be dreaming of lots of$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I can fully appreciate your desire for a HR 427.  Would be super cool.  I know other folks get all excited about the cammer, but man, a 427HR based engine in a 63/64 Galaxie is very exciting to me.

(Speaking of which, did ya see the HR top end in the classifieds on the FE page?)

You know something Drew .I have had a brand new 2x4 high riser and single four intake manifold for the 427 it was new also .This was about 35-40 years ago .The heads are mostly all worn or ported to death .I sold the intakes for 429 parts and a f427 edelbrock intake with some boot . For now I will just stick with my 460.Drew if you are looking for an engine(fe) for the truck let me know I might have something for you .Take care Ga. Boy !!
