2004 5.4 3v

Can anybody please help me out here. I have a basically new 2004 5.4 3v engine here on the engine stand with new followers and adjusters, new everything. Got it in time and all. But when I turn the crank over I'm getting a tap like or little thump like noise. The heads and block has been magna fluxes and pressure tested.
Please load me with answers and questions.

cam phasers or broken powdered metal oil pump rotor/housing.....

The phasers, oil pump is all new for sure. I think what I'm coming up with is the phaser making a thump sound at certain point as I rotate the crank. I'm Just wanting To Know If This Is Common Since It Is basically Dry Inside THE phaser. I see how the phasers are suppose to operate. But do you think the phaser bolt pressure, the chain pressure as well as the spring pressure causing the phaser to slip in place internally?

Maybe the hydraulic chain tensioners ( being a dry engine) are not pumped up yet ?

I got it all done and in the truck. So far so good. It's running good so far. I haven't pulled my car yet though.
