There is a Guy on the 385 Ford Big Block Facebook group that posted a single D0OE-R head for sale.

No problem,i think he plans on having the damaged one fixed so he can have a good pair.If he would have sold the good one he would be in the same boat as you and only have one bad one!!!

Re: Looking for 1 cylnder head D00E-R
This damaged head in Post #8 is actually fixable with some Lock-n-Stitch Castmaster pins. It might be involved and a little pricey in the general sense, but the value of the D0OE-R plus the cost of the port work for the replacement head would warrant it. With the Lock-n-Stitch Castmaster pins the repaired areas would be stronger than the original casting.
Welding the head will make the surrounding material brittle, of which the thin casted area of the exhaust bowl in particular would be somewhat susceptible to a repeat failure alongside the weld bead. Even stitching that bowl would be tricky but I can think of a couple of creative approaches to making a permanent repair there.
To view the integral strength of a repair using these pins, click the link below and watch the video--the repaired cast iron part was sawed into two separate pieces, then stitched together with the two stitch pins pictured, then located between the weights lifted and the hoist lifting them:
