Fuel cooler
Anyone running a fuel cooler?
After a 85 mile drive my fuel was really warm and even evaporating in the tank. My system is a 10 gallon cell in the truck, fuel filter, electric pump mounted to the side of the tank, run up to pressure regulator, then return line back to tank.
Thought about moving pump to underneath also to get cool air instead of in trunk? Any ideas would be great.

Re: Fuel cooler
Fuel cooler from a duramax on the return side should keep whats in the tank cooled off. Or you coulkd look at a pulse width modulated pump setup...

Thanks. Do you think I should move the pump to?

Re: Fuel cooler
pump is located on the side of the fuel cell, inside the trunk? Shouldn't be an issue. some heat shielding for the fuel lines may help though. I'm in canada so I deal with performance world for alot of my smaller items they have some nice offerings for heat management. a transmission cooler would work well also.
