For you guys that want more shock tower room.

AJE does make some fine products and I personally use their K member on my Foxbody. The only issue I have with their early Mustang unit is you still have to use the upper portion of the original shock tower which is cut back at an angle down to the frame rail to accommodate the McPherson Strut type suspension.
Mustang 2 type totally eliminates the towers and you have the room to install the biggest of engines, even a big Jon Kaase Boss 9 or one of the really wide ass Coyote 5.0’s. I recently came across a company called “Mustangs to Fear”. They have a front sub frame assembly that completely replace the original front rails in a short and long version. The long version extends all the way back to the rear suspension front leaf spring eye. They also have a front inner fender panel that is almost full length to replace the originals with the shock towers.
