Chevy motor gone
I traded two juniors yesterday for a pipe rack with a Chevy motor on it. I will try and get some pics later and also any details that's I might not have today.
Motor is stock block bored out to 477CID
Has a Callie's crank stock stroke
Has JE pistons
Has Dart 1 Pro heads along with Holley Pro Dominator tunnel ram
Has Twin Ron's flying toilets with Rons alcohol pump.
This is complete motor toilets to pan ready to race. Car ran 5.0's all day for the other guy and actually ran 4.98 before he switched to a different compound C6 on the slicks and changed from 4.56 to 4.11 rear gear. Motor has about 120 passes on it. Would like 8,000 or trade for a BBF motor!

Motor is still for sale, if anyone knows of anyone looking for a BBC send them my way. Will consider offers for it, just trying to get as close as I can to the 8 so I can buy one of stingjra's motors for this pipe rack. Thanks!

motor is still for sale. Was told it 15/1 compression and 760 lift cam. Make an offer so that i can get to either buying or building a BBF for next season. If someone is interested in a trade let me know as long as the motor is a strip motor and not a street rod motor. Thanks!

This is all I have for now, got back later last night. Has a new electric water pump, 1150 gas carb and new ultra bell for Ford to Power-glide. Broke as a joke for now but I will replace with MSD distributor, prob sell carb to go to alcohol and need a race pan as it's a stock rear sump on it for now. Hopefully it will be ready by march. Son is very excited and that's what means the most.

Re: Chevy motor gone
Maybe Bruno can move this to the builds area and I will change the title. It’s supposed to be 572 with old TFS A460 heads and motorsports intake. Has set of aluminum rods and diamond pistons. He didn’t have the cam card anymore but thinks it’s a 720 lift 110 lobe and is a Lunati cam. I have an electric water pump he gave with it and it’s supposedly a double roller chain. Heads have brand new titanium valves but not sure size yet. 1150 prosystems carb setup for the motor but it’s gas and the other cars we run with all run alcohol(including my dads) so not sure if I will sell it and go to alky or not. Not sure which distributor I will go with but want an MSD to go with everything in the car. Needs a real race pan also as the other seems like a stock BbF.

Did you fumigate and sterilize the area where that Chevy was?

LOL, i had to sterilize the entire garage, took a little to get the smell out, seriously this thing leaked more oil than any ford motor i can ever remember being in the garage thankfully it is gone and he is happy and i am happy. I will need a few things hopefully i can get after Christmas, but at least it hopefully want be as much stuff needed as the other Ford i almost traded for with the bluethunder heads but was setup for a street rod. Starter, msd dist, rear sump oil pan, scoop tray and maybe akly carb and pump.

Use the regular PMGR starter from a 1992 F250-F350 460, they work great! I used a Fox body swap rear sump oil pan for my '79 Bronco.
