Rollmaster chain set dual pinned

I think this is CS4020 plus the extra hole.
Where can I get this? And does the cam plate need to be altered to fit?

We have them. I have Phillip's son Jay Oakley to drill them for us.

Great and the cam plate doesn't need to be altered?
