FS; New set of bare A429 aluminum heads

One head has been used on a display engine ... both heads are totally bare.

We could not find any other numbers on the heads. Rick

They should be on the intake runner under the valve covers

3 people with much better vision than mine checked out the heads and only found the same numbers as listed above. Those numbers are stamped into an intake runner as shown in the pics. No numbers were found on the outside area of either head also. Were ALL heads stamped in the above described method ?????

The second picture posted where you can see the intake ports,what are those numbers over the middle 2 intake ports?One of those 2 numbers are the numbers Dave is talking about IIRC but I can't make the numbers out in the pictures!!Let us know what the numbers are!!IIRC it's the number over the intake port second from the right!!

FYI: Rick loaned me a tap and some tools via mail back in the day in order to tap a 427 center oiler block for screw in freeze/core plugs.

Regarding the numbers; there are 2 sets of numbers on each head. one set is hand stamped over the 2nd from the left intake runner, it is 35211 and the other number is "cast" in the head mold over the 2nd intake runner from the right. Both numbers are almost identical, maybe a few numbers off but still very close.
The other head follows the same pattern but the numbers are 74174 for the hand stamped while the "cast" number is almost identical just like the other head.

P.S.  Thanks a lot for the good words Damon, maybe we will meet one of these days.... can't wait to munch into that big ole steak !!!!
