headers?

not sure where to post this, if it should be here or if it should be posted in the engine post,
looking for a set of headers for a cheader motor in a foxbody, starting a new engine, using a460 block with cheads and taking the c6 out and going to a glide, is it easier to get a set already made for what i have or just pay to have them built? and whats the performance advantage of having a set of side exit over the conventional under the car? right now its a backhalf car, but i been playing with the idea of going to a full chassis

There are no shelf headers for that... Custom build all the way. Ground clearance is the driving factor in front/under car exit... that and if it's a street car or not.

Front exits cured my ground clearance issues...

Plus, front exit headers will weigh a little bit less!!

as it sit now the car is pretty low, its 2-1/4 to 4'' collector, if i dont tilt/raise the trailer when loading they will scrap or hit the floor. id love to do a forward set but dont see the room right by the shock tower/frame and the motor and then the motorplate. have any pictures of any in a foxbody?
