Wtb bbf 460 to t56 adapter and related parts

Looking into a t56 swap on my bbf Torino, need adapter and related parts

I’m sure you already know but which bellhousing you need depends on which version of the T56 trans you plan to use. If I remember correctly QuickTime makes three 385 series engine to T56 bellhousings.

Yes, to put a T56 behind a 429 or 460 you'll need one of 3 different QuickTime bellhousings. One is for a Viper or LS T56, one is for a Modular Ford (ie 03-04 Cobra) T56 and the third works with a T56 Magnum. This is from memory so don't take it as gospel.

I have a complete set up for this for sale, McLeod bell housing, .250" spacer for T-56 bell housing, Mcleod Street Twin clutch and a Viper spec T56 all with about 7000 miles on them I'll separate trans if you already have that.

FYI if you use the Quicktime bell with a Viper T56, you have to grind/cut down about half an inch off the in very end of the input shaft that fits into the pilot bearing. The McLeod adapter plate used with with a standard bell housing does not encounter this issue.
