Scratch on Cylinder Head Combustion Surface

Hey guys. I scooted a head across my concrete slab and put a little scratch about an inch and a half long on the flat part of the combustion surface. It's not very deep but I can catch it with a finger nail. Will it cause any problems or am I being overly cautious? It isn't where the gasket mates..
I bolted it on thinking it will be fine, but as I seem to do more of as I get older, I'm second guessing myself.

I would think it would be fine, probably lucky that that is where the scratch ended up

Give it a light polish to take off any edges

It's already bolted on the engine. It's small enough I figured it would disappear once carbon buildup occurred.
However, if there's any question it may pose a problem, I'll remove the head and polish it. At this point it'll only cost a head gasket.

Okay, just pulled both heads back off.
There was another smaller scratch that I didn't catch before where the fire ring mates. I polished them a bit with a scuzz buster wheel but I'm not happy with the outcome. The first one would have been fine but the one on the fire ring--even though it was smaller--I'm not risking reassembling as it is. Gonna take both heads back to the machine shop and have a bit more milled off.

Bruce, if these are the 370 truck heads with the bigger 2.08/1.72 valves installed, then could you please take a picture of them after they come back from the machine shop? Specifically, take a pic of a combustion chamber with a new head gasket overlaid upon the head so that the 360* quench is apparent.
