Going on the pump this weekend any on want to take a guess and HP and TQ


To summarize

1970 Cleveland 2 bolt block, .040 over 410”

1970 cc 4v heads

Scat 4” cast crank, 6” hbeams, SRP dished pistons 10.7:1

Crower hydraulic flat tappet 238 248 540 540 108

Performer RPM and 750 Holley DP

Hooker 1 3/4 super comps, msd billet distributor.

It’s going to be all painted ford blue with factory tin valve covers for the stealth look.

WAG, 465 hp and 450 torque

520 Hp 475 Torque

540 HP @ 5500

500 TQ @ 3000

After my guess I figured I’d be a little light, congrats on the nice combo

The torque peak was at 3K with a 4V head?

Pretty good numbers on Horsepower at only 5500 rpm and Torque at only 3000 rpm and hey i was only off by 20 and 25!!

That's pretty stout, considering it's mostly made up of stock parts, and a mild cam!
And people always say that 4V head Clevelands don't make no torque!....well, but then again, it's nearly 60 cubes larger!

Beats me, but I usually do them with a 6.100 rod.

No didn’t try it without the air cleaner base
