BBF Crank
Anyone have any leads on where I could find a 3.850 forged steel crank to go in a 460 truck pulling engine?

Try Paul Kane at High Flow Dynamic's.
He has I believe, Some 4294V Medium Forged Truck Cranks He can Offset Grind to 3.85 Inch and the Bonus is They are OEM Ford Made in America.

Just so the information is out there ...
those cranks also need to have the flange ground and the snout diameter reduced to be like an automotive crankshaft.

Does Adney Brown keep and of the 4294V Truck Cranks around or fool with them anymore?
To the OP the above is also an Excellent Place for your BBF Crankshaft needs. He's an Easy Google search and in/around Detroit, I believe.

He used to do quite a few of them but, most people don't want to wait for the amount of time it takes to be finished.
Coarse grinding all the areas which need to be done, lightening, straightening, finish grinding then nitriding takes a while.
