460 7/16 cam bolt torque specs

i know this answer has been posted before . i am useing a grade 8 bolt with a super thicked hardened washer i forget what the torque specs is on this bolt i know guys say 80# useing a rod bolt but this is a grade 8 bolt and the standard says to torque to 78# what you guys think . thanks

Coarse or fine thread ? ... fine thread with a 8740 rod bolt = 75/80 lbs. Regular grade 8 = 70/75 lbs.
Grade 8 coarse thread 68/72 lbs.
