1992 F250 SRW Super Cab BBF 5-Speed

Hey Guys,

I am looking to buy an OBS truck, and there is a mint condition one that is as described, a 1992 SRW 460BB 5-Speed, but it is 2WD. Truck is gorgeous, no rust and paint still has a great shine to it. Owner is asking $7200, wanted to get your thoughts as to whether I am crazy for spending that money or if it seems like a fair deal?

Having been shopping around for a truck to tow me race car trailer with, that’s not a horrible deal if it’s super clean and serviced. It is over priced compared to the market pre Covid, but in todays market everything is going ape shit as far as pricing goes.

Pay close attention to the wiring harness, that can be a major headache as older the EFI stuff gets. I just picked up a 1992 Dodge with a Cummins and a five speed, body is not rusty but beat and the only pita deal with it is the freaking electrical system is a wreck. I’ll get it fixed up and good but it’s a lot of work.

Truck has 135k and the engine runs like a top.

Very Nice Truck and the price seems fair to me,i also seen the pictures on YB!!
