Street Roller Cams? Empty Street Roller Cams?

What is a ideal spring pressure to run a solid roller on the street. I was goofing on the computer and found a nice roller. .675 lift and it was recomended a spring with 210#s on the seat. Was looking at some lifters but there is no way I am going to get the lastest and greastest $800 set. I figure a good set should do it.

It looks like I am going to go ahead and get this roller cam.... I think it will be wise to hold off on the nitrous till I get a better block. Here is the cam...

Voodoo Solid Roller Cam - Ford 429-460 285/293
Product Description
Lunati's Voodoo series of Solid Roller camshafts deliver more area under the curve than any other series of Hydraulic camshafts. This means more throttle response, quicker acceleration, more vacuum, better efficiency, combined with maximum horsepower and torque!
Solid roller, rough idle. Excellent camshaft for street/strip applications in larger 472-521 cubic inch engines. Explosive mid range and upper RPM torque and horsepower. Needs 3500 RPM stall converter or 4 speed transmissions, 10.5:1 compression ratio, 4.10 rear gear ratio and aftermarket 310-340 cc or larger heads, intake manifold and exhaust.

Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 285/293

Valve Lash (Int/Exh): 018/018

Here are the springs....
Lunati Intro Series™️ valve spring set

I have got 4:10 gears, just over 13to1 compression, and the hand cleanup on these scj heads with the 521 combo, I will see what PTC says about how much converter would be needed.
