WTB trunk lid
I need a fiberglass trunk lid for a 87 cougar, any help appreciated.

i have a 90 model if its the same its yours, will have to check n c if its fiberglass let u know monday as car is at shop n im snowed in

Harold, LiL Tweety's trunk lid is made out of REAL thin sheet metal. Some one rolled it over and from the outside looks stock. Just a idea.

Harold just strip the inside of the trunk lid it will be very light...

I have already got it gutted, I was going to put a glass lid&hood on, but I can't find one so I guess I will leave it as it is. I have a cowl hood now, I wish I had gotten a flat one, I believe I will sell them both, and buy A flat glass hood, and put my scoop on it.

I drove by an 87 cougar earlier today wonder what they will take for it??? looks like the same colors as yours...
be a nice driver with a small block in it... and a stick...

If you have the steel one, why not try to make a mold and make your own glass version?

I have the steel one, but I don't think that is a job I need to take on, I would have fiberglass from here to kingdom come.
