LOL, thats a bunch of the local street racers from these parts, I think the track lets them use the place "off the record" ................they do it at Thunder Valley here some and actually start at the finish line and race back towards the tower as the "traction" is better that way with no prep. That looks like Denton, Nick's buddy Cactus Greg races there a lot.........seen many a mid 4 sec pass there on a regular KOTH night.

Some of those cars are fast as hell..............no place for a pussy pilot...........

That's our local 1/8 mile track. It had just been ground down, and this race was 10,000 to win.

Those guys race on the street a lot, so I say its safer there at the track, with no prep, I'll bet there was some pimp juice on the line though..............

TVRP used to have a deal where you drove the car in the gates, no tree, no clocks, just a flagman and a guy at the finish...........some pretty fast rides always showed up.

I don't think I have ever seen less rubber on a track anywhere - no way I would take my heap down that track. Not even when I was 20.
