Be careful with off the shelf sweet tea, it causes kidney stones. I don't want to ruin it for you but I think you should know. I wouldn't want anyone to go through the process of getting them.

I brew my own tea; no off the shelf stuff here. No too bad either for a Yankee. Too much sugar in the off the shelf mix! I only add a hint of Splenda. I'm sure that will kill me too.
