He's more than a Muslim! But that's all I'm gonna say about that. And no, it's not what you're thinking.

cause i dont belive in god
i am even gonna get my kid's baptised so that way that can make up there own mind
as to what they want to belive and dont have to go thro all that at an older age
i respect thos who belive
but i get kinda irrated at thos that think just cause you dont belive you are
a anti american
i am open to anyone that wants to change my mind
it has been tryed many times but like i said i keep an open mind
as far as the bible not beaing proved that it is faluse?

the only way to "prove" if god exists is to die and see what happens to your soul. if you are a beliver and are wrong you cease to exist. if you are a non believer and die you go to hell. kind of a risky gamble for those who need proof.

as for a muslim wanting to remove "in god we trust" i don't think that would be the case, islam belives in the same god.

How dead do you have to be to see "God"? I died in the hospital once and they brought me back and I saw NOTHING. No white light, no dead relatives, no pearly gates or St. Peter, Just a big fat NOTHING. I just find it hard to believe, when there is so much death and destruction, especially when it involves newborn babies. C'mon they haven't even had time to sin. My boss at work is a "Christian" and he says "maybe it's something their parents did". No WTF ??? I know the standard "Born Again" answer is because it's his will and, he has his reasons. Think about this, a bunch of guys (who have no science to speak of ... like lightning being static electricity) sitting around drinking wine and doing opium writing their opinions in a book and then that book being translated a few thousand times, how accurate do you think any of it is ? I know if you tell my mother-in-law something she tells the next person her own version which is .... "slightly (mostly) different. Imagine that x1000 !!!
Basically what I'm trying to say is, I personally need just a little more Proof before I can believe. As far as the U.S. currency goes we should leave it alone. It hasn't hurt anybody yet so let it be. cheers

Well, I'll tell ya this much. Go out and find yourself 100 Bibles. As far back as you can find them in English translation. Or even have one translated for you. I'll bet everything I have you'll find the books ALL to be the same, front to back. They're not just a story book, or gossip column. Though there are several stories in the Bible, you'll not find them changed from print to print, or from the very very old, to the the current. I myself have not done this, but know of a few that have, and ther's no difference. With the only exceptions of the New International Versions, and the New American Standard Versions, which were printed for people like me that can't quite grasp the wording in King James Version. It's just printed in a manner for people to better be able to understand it. That's it. Now, personally I know this. God does have a plan. I know not what it is. I doubt any of us do. But here are a few examples.

I myself, have been healed at the hand of the Lord Jesus Christ. And will tell you, prayer works. I had a bad case of Acid Reflux Disease, as diagnosed by my Dr. . I prayed for relief and healing, and behold, I was healed. That simple.

Now my wife is disabled. She suffered the same injury that killed Dale Earnhardt in 2001, and was given a 1-5% chance of even surviving the accident. We pray many times a day, everyday, for her healing. Yet she doesn't seem to get much better. Why? I know not. But God does, and whatever His reasoning, it's good enough for us. It's part of His plan. I know many that have been healed through prayer.

My final 2 examples: There's a Pastor here in Helena, a number of years ago, had a woman collapse and died in his church during a sermon. He is "one" that is Baptized in the Holy Spirit. He laid hands on the woman, spoke "literally" in the words of God, and raised her to her feet, and she was able to walk out of the church of her own power. I kid you not!

The last is from the same Pastor. He saw a young boy on his bicycle get struck by a car at a major intersection here in town. The boy was unconsious, and unresponsive. He laid hands on the boy, spoke through The Holy Spirit, and the boy rose to his feet like nothing ever happened. And when EMS arrived, they found absolutely nothing wrong with the boy. Coincidences? I think not. These were both witnessed by many, many people here. And those that know a little bit about The Holy Spirit can/will tell you, there are people out there that can heal through the Power of The Holy Spirit.

Believe if you want, or don't. It is totally your option. Nowhere in the Bible does it say "anyone" must follow God. But, it is well advised. I am in no way trying to push religion on anyone. Just telling my reasons why I believe there IS a God, and He has a plan.

Listen up Wise guy! I know exactly what he died from! And, I also have living proof right here in my living room. We live it every single day! If you really, really need to see them, I can call the neuro-surgeon @ the hospital 100 miles away, where I literally "lived" in the ICU room for 23 days while my wife was in a coma, and get the MRI's just special for you! Better yet, Rick Brown (bbf-falcon) was here last spring, and he & his wife Sooz saw one of the X-Rays, that we happen to have as a very grim reminder of just how close we came to losing her! One probably needs to look before he jumps. Don'tcha think? Mad Mad

WOW! Another keyboard tough guy. What with all those fancy cuss words and all. Show me where I said my wife's spinal cord was severed. IDIOT! Anyone with a small amount of common sense could figure out that her spinal cord had not been severed, or it would've read, My wife was "killed" in an auto accident from the same injury that killed Earnhardt. (Takes all kinds I guess Laughing ) Also, show me where I said I'm the only one on here that knew anyting about spinal injuries! IDIOT! She suffered the same injury. A severe C-1 separation. Meaning her skull was detached from her spine. Which is what killed Earnhardt. The ONLY difference between him and my wife, was he had the misfortune of actually severing his spinal cord. I don't remember the exact measurement, but it was the lesser part of 2-3 mm's that saved my wife's life. I know what the Dr's told me! Were you there? I think not! Like I said, Rick Brown saw the X-ray last spring. If you would like to see them as well, then bring your bad self on out here and after I push your face in for ya, then maybe I'll show you proof. Go hump someone elses leg you little punk!

I went to MSNBC's site took the poll.

I am not pushing the Bible here I am just responding to this post in it's original spirit.

We as Americans need to grow a back bone here and just say no to Washington taking away any more of our rights. That's my $.02

NO I don't want to talk politics or religion beyond the above.

See 'ya'll at Ford Events at National Trails, Norwalk or Dragway 42.
