The car looks shorter in the pic than what it really is,although it is shorter than a 70/71 Torino.Yes, it does look remincent to a Torino, but nothing of the outer body will bolt on to a US car, although there are similarities in the chassis and suspension, but those departments, are beefened up in comparison to US Falcon/Fairlane/Torino. ( some pretty rough roads here!) Dimensions are:Total Length 190.4'' Width 77.5'' Wheelbase 111.0'' Height 51.5'' Front track 60.6'' Rear track 60.1''. In comparison a 70/71 Torino dimensions are: Total Length 206.2'' Width 76.7'' Wheelbase 117.0'' Height 51.0'' Front track 60.5'' Rear track 60.0''. As you can see the dimensions are different . It shares styling cues with its US counterparts, 70/71 Torino roofline with a 72/73 Torino rear section which is also sprinkled with 70-77 Maverick. The XA front end treatment very much like a 68/69 Fairlane/Torino, XB front end treatment, looks like 71 Mustang with a dash of 70 Plymouth 'Cuda.
