Re: My Bullitt Beast
Well got a little more finished. I can't believe for a week I was checking all the engine dynos to see if I could get on it. Go figure I need a bell for them to use. I set my lash, checked all bolts and double checked again. So it is going in the car this weekend and I am going to start it and get this thing going. Atleast we have a chaissy dyno here. I am going to put a good conservative tune on it and drive it around to break it in. All I need is my built tranny back to be complete. Here is some more pics of the complete motor. I am going to stick it in the car starting tomorrow. If weather is nice I will get full pics of everthing to see.

Cool build.
Any chance you can get a pic that shows how close the hydroboost is to your valve cover ?
I just bought an '01 DHG Bullitt yesterday with a bad 4.6 , so I am looking to put a 460 in it.

Re: My Bullitt Beast
awesome build, nice and clean underhood. why run stickers as fender emblems? put those on the valve covers ...........get a badge that looks like a real fender emblem.....whatcha think of these? simple and a lil more durable for exterior emblems-

Re: My Bullitt Beast
Im fixing to start a similar build and was wondering what problems I am gonna run into, or if this is just like a normal fox body swap. Mine is a 2000 v6 stang, going 460 c6.
Thanks and nice ride by the way.

Re: My Bullitt Beast
Hey guys sorry I haven't been on in a while. I have been hauling ass to finish my car which is running and it has scared me enough not to go past half throttle. Dives real good around town. I am also moving up to radcliff and will be settled by the 4 of july. I start work at the knox ford dealership and on top of that the house we are renting has a shop on it you would not believe. I have pics and a whole lot to tell. I have figured out how this swap works on a 99-04 style stang so I have lots of info on that.

Re: My Bullitt Beast
The valve cover is 4 1/2 in tall and there is about a inch or so between the 2. I can remove the valve cover without any problem. Of course I don't have a stud gridle either.
