Plug cross reference help

Can anyone cross reference these plugs to either Autolite or Motorcraft for me.I gotta get these Ac Delco plugs out of my Ford (Although it runs like a raped ape!).Ac Delco CR43TS. 10:5:1 466" D3VE heads.

The "C" means it's a "sealed plug" usually used for Marine and other type humid conditions. R43TS is the regular version and cross references to an Autolite #25 or #5285. Motorcraft is AF42C.
